Welcome to the Miss Polonia Application Page! 



Requirements for Miss Polonia: 

  • A young lady of Polish descent between the ages of 16 to 21.
  • Must be a upstanding resident of Staten Island. 
  • Single, never married with no children.
  • Submit a completed application and headshot no later than August 7th, 2021.

Each contestant must be accompanied by a parent at the annual Marshal Ball, where the new Miss Polonia will be chosen. They will also need to be in attendance at the Grand Marshal Ball at the Marriot Marquis in Times Square. The selected Miss Polonia will need to participate in Committee events throughout the year, and will represent Staten Island at the Pulaski Day Parade alongside the other contestants.

Once you submit the application below, you will need to submit a headshot in order for your application to be complete. This will be printed and distributed in our Marshal Ball journal alongside your submitted essay. No selfies, blurry photos, or group photos please! Headshots must be sent to misspolonia@sipulaskiparade.com.

Applications and headshot submissions are due August 7th, 2021 by 11:59PM.

⁠Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, we will be in touch with applicants regarding the Marshal Ball and any subsequent events which will occur throughout the year (both in person and online). Please keep in mind, dates may be subject to change based on current restrictions.
