Requirements for Miss Polonia: 

• A young lady of Polish descent between the ages of 16 to 21.
• Must be an upstanding resident of Staten Island.
• Single, never married with no children.
• Submit a completed application, headshot, transcript, and proof of age (if applicable) no later than April 13, 2025 by 11:59 PM.
